OVERVIEW
Welcome to Tesdeler! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tesdeler. Tesdeler operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you as a customer with a secure and clear shopping experience (“Services”). The online store runs on the Shopify platform, which enables us to offer the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they contain important information about your rights, our limitations, and how purchases, returns, defect claims and use of the website are governed.
By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions of products and services in the online store. Images, colours and product appearance may nevertheless differ from the actual item, including because of screen type, lighting, image processing and settings on your device.
We do not guarantee that a product's appearance, colour or details will always be identical to images or illustrations in the online store. Product descriptions, compatibility information and technical details are intended to assist the customer, but the customer is responsible for checking that the part fits their vehicle before ordering.
All product descriptions, prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time and to limit the quantity of products we offer to a person, geographical region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Tesdeler reserves the right to accept or reject your order for a legitimate reason, such as an error in price, stock availability or product information, a payment problem or suspected misuse.
Your order is not accepted until Tesdeler has confirmed acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before the order is accepted. Review your order carefully before submitting it, as we cannot always accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been processed.
If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or telephone number provided when ordering.
Purchases may be returned or be subject to defect claims in accordance with our Returns and defect claims policy and applicable Norwegian consumer law.
You represent that your purchases are for personal or ordinary use, and not for unlawful resale, export or other use contrary to applicable regulations.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time of ordering and will appear in the order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude shipping, handling, customs duties, import taxes or other costs that may be incurred. Any such costs are shown, as far as possible, before the purchase is completed.
Prices shown in the online store may differ from prices in other sales channels, marketplaces or third-party stores. Promotions may be subject to separate terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.
You agree to provide up-to-date, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You also agree to update this information as needed so we can complete transactions and contact you about your order.
You represent that the payment information you provide is correct, that you have the right to use the payment method, and that you will pay the costs incurred for the purchase, including any shipping, fees and taxes.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, an incorrect address, weather, strikes, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once the goods have been handed to the carrier, the carrier's delivery procedures and terms apply. Risk passes to the customer in accordance with applicable Norwegian law. If an item is damaged or lost in transit, the customer should contact us as soon as possible so the matter can be followed up with the carrier.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to trademarks, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio, design and layout, are owned by Tesdeler, our partners or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal and lawful purposes. You must not copy, distribute, modify, publish, download, store, resell or exploit material from the Services without Tesdeler's prior written consent, unless permitted by mandatory law.
Tesdeler's names, logos, product names, service names, designs and slogans are trademarks or identifiers belonging to Tesdeler or our rights holders. Shopify's names, logos, product names and service names are trademarks belonging to Shopify. Other names and identifiers belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may access tools or features provided by third parties as part of the Services. We do not necessarily control such third-party tools.
Access to such tools is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties from us. You use third-party tools at your own risk and should read the third party's terms.
We may offer new features, tools or resources through the Services in the future. Such features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to websites, services or content provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security or practices of such third parties.
If you leave our website and use third-party websites or services, you do so at your own risk. Complaints, claims or questions concerning third-party products or services must be directed to the relevant third party.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Tesdeler runs on the Shopify platform, which enables us to provide the online store and Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are directly with Tesdeler.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Tesdeler, including any claims, damages or losses arising from products or services purchased from Tesdeler. Claims relating to purchases must be directed to Tesdeler.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Personal information we collect through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Because the online store runs on the Shopify platform, Shopify may process personal information relating to access to and use of the Services in order to deliver, secure and improve the Services. SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, images, plans or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display such Feedback in connection with operating, improving and marketing the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that the content does not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or obscene material or malicious software.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we believe breaches these terms or applicable law.

Information on the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs, delivery times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if the information is incorrect, even after an order has been submitted, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Information presented on or through the Services is provided for general information purposes. We try to keep the information correct and up to date, but do not guarantee that all information is complete, correct or error-free at all times.
Unless mandatory Norwegian law provides otherwise, the Services and products are supplied “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that use of the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including rights under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, Consumer Purchases Act and other relevant Norwegian legislation.
SECTION 17 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Tesdeler, our owners, employees, partners, service providers or licensors will not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or similar damage resulting from use of the Services or products purchased through Tesdeler.
This limitation of liability does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian law.
SECTION 18 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tesdeler, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or costs arising from your breach of these terms, violation of the law or infringement of third-party rights.
We will notify you of claims where relevant, and you must cooperate in handling such claims.
SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is considered invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary for it to be valid under applicable law.
SECTION 20 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce a right or provision in these terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms of Service, together with our published policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tesdeler relating to the use of the Services and replace prior agreements or communications on the same subject.
Any ambiguity in interpreting these terms will not automatically be construed against the party that drafted the text.
SECTION 21 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer, assign or delegate our rights and obligations under these terms where necessary as part of operations, reorganisation, a change of ownership or transfer of the business.
SECTION 22 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements under which we provide services to you will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Norwegian law.
Any disputes should be resolved amicably where possible. If the matter is not resolved, the dispute may be brought before Norwegian courts or relevant complaint bodies in accordance with applicable law.
