Returns and defect claims

At Tesdeler.no, we want you to feel confident when shopping.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the item, provided it is returned unused, complete and in substantially the same condition as when received. The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Contact us at salg@tesdeler.no before returning an item. Include the order number, name and the item you wish to return.

The customer normally pays return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

Special-order parts, electrical components that have been installed or tested, and goods with clear signs of use may be excluded from returns or receive a reduced refund under the applicable rules.

Once a return is approved, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded if part of the order is retained.

Defect claims: If the item is defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at salg@tesdeler.no with images, a description and the order number. We comply with Norwegian consumer law.
