Shipping and delivery

Goods are shipped from Norway. Normal processing time for items in stock is usually 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping

Available shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Smaller parts are normally sent as a parcel or by letter post, depending on their size, weight and value.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the email address used for the order.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and carrier. Delays may occur, particularly during holidays, due to an incorrect address or with international shipping.

International shipping

For shipments outside Norway, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and fees may apply in addition. Such costs are payable by the buyer if incurred.
